IATC President Yun-Cheol Kim (South Korea), IATC Honorary President Ian Herbert (Britain) and IATC Honorary Secretary General Maria Helena Serôdio (Portugal) will judge at the event.
The festival will be held from January 22 to 31 in Tehran.
Sahar TV establishes another channel
TEHRAN -- The Iranian TV station Sahar has inaugurated an additional channel for broadcasts in English, Kurdish and Urdu.
Sahar, only available on satellite, previously broadcasted all of its programs in English, French, Kurdish, Bosnian, Azerbaijani and Urdu on a single channel.
Initially, the newly-established channel will be on the air 19 hours a day.
