TEHRAN, Sept. 3 (MNA) -- The 18th International Holy Quran Exhibition concluded with a ceremony on Friday.

The exhibit under the motto of “Quran, the Book of Life” opened at Tehran’s Imam Khomeini Mosalla on August 8.

Over 340 Iranian publishers and 15 foreign publishing firms displayed their products at the exhibit.

Sabri’s Dubai sculpture exhibition postponed

TEHRAN -- Kambiz Sabri’s sculpture exhibition in Dubai has been postponed indefinitely.

“I wanted to hold the showcase in late autumn in Dubai. I intended to put eight of my works on display but I simply do not have the time to make them,” Sabri told the Persian service of MNA.

He went on to say that he is busy making a video art for an exhibition in Tehran which probably will go on display at the Dubai exhibit as well.

The exact time and place of Sabri’s Dubai exhibit have not been finalized.
